How does this picnic work?
Poppin' Up Picnic starts by setting up your picnic location an hour before your picnic start time. If you're having an outdoor picnic at a public location, we will send you a text message with the exact pin location of your picnic. We will greet you with your picnic until you arrive.

When your picnic time is over, we will meet back up with you and take care of all the clean up. If you decide to leave your picnic early, please send us a text message so that we may meet you before you leave the picnic.
What's included
in the picnic?
We pop up the complete Picnic set up that includes the picnic table, blankets, pillows, poofs, rugs, décor based on your picnic, flameless candles, café/twinkle lighting, lanterns, placemats, dinner plates, glasses, forks, knives, spoons and napkins. We don't provide a catering service. However, you can add on the local business food option or we have partnered with local vendors to add on charcuterie boxes and sweet treats to your picnic.
You're welcome to bring your own food and drinks if you prefer. It is the client's responsibility to look up any alcohol regulations for the picnics location as most parks or beaches don't allow. Poppin' Up Picnic does not provide any alcohol and is not responsible for any alcohol use during picnics.
What if it rains or I have to cancel the picnic?
We know that we can't predict the weather and it's completely out of our control that's why we will reschedule your picnic free of charge due to rain or bad weather. We can also move your picnic indoors or on a covered patio per your request.

We do not offer any refunds for cancellations. We understand that life happens and we will be happy to reschedule your picnic for free within a 72 hours notice. If it's less than 72 hours, we will charge a 25% fee. Your picnic is not booked until payment has been received. The full payment is required in advance to secure your day & time. At this time, we can't hold dates without full payment.
